Do you need some assistance in training for your half, full or ultra marathon? Medved Training Programs can help. Whether you have never completed a half or full marathon, or you are looking to improve your times, we have a training program that can fit your needs.
Our 15 week programs tailor to your individual needs in a fun and supportive setting with personal coaching and encouragement.
In addition to training there will be discussions on proper running shoe fit, dressing for various weather conditions, nutritional needs, goal setting, strength training, stretching, race preparation, and more!
The group will meet on Tuesday evenings at 6:00 pm and Saturday mornings at 8:00 am. Weekly training plans will be provided for you to complete as your schedule allows.
We are currently offering an "early-bird" tuition rate of $70 if you register before February 28, 2017. 30 workouts for $70 is an absolutely amazing deal.

The training program begins on March 7, 2017 and runs through Tuesday, June 20th. This is perfect timing to prepare for the Niagara Ultra 50k, Marathon and Half Marathon on June 17th or the Lake Placid Marathon on June 11th.
