Join us for the 34th Annual Jungle Jog 5k run and walk!

Sunday, July 16, 2023, Seneca Park, 2222 St. Paul Street Rochester NY –   8 a.m.

Join us for our annual Jungle Jog 5k, the 2nd of a three-race series celebrating the transformation of the Seneca Park Zoo. This year’s medal will interlock with 2022 bringing together another piece of the puzzle as we move one step closer to new experiences coming to the Zoo. Don’t miss the chance to continue your collection!

This year’s race is featured in Rochester Runner of the Year Series for 2023! 

Bring a Water Bottle!

This year we continue the commitment to our mission of conserving wildlife and wild places by keeping this a ‘cupless’ race. We are encouraging all participants to bring a full bottle of water with them to use during the race. We will provide one refill station along the 3-mile route and at the finish line. Participants will enjoy refreshments in the Wegmans Lodge post-race. To learn more about our conservation efforts, click here.

Don’t forget about the Kids Fun-Run for kids 10yrs and younger! No cost to participate, and each runner will receive a Fun-Run medal. The Fun-Run will take place after the 5k.

Registration information: Registration opens April 1, 2023 and close July 15 at 2:00pm
