Join our friendly group that meets Wednesdays at 6:00 pm for a trail run.

This week we will be exploring trails Gosnel Big Woods Preserve. Parking is at 680 Vosburg Rd, Webster, NY 14580

Our Altra Rep will be joining us with three! shoes to demo!  She will have the Altra Lone Peaks, the Altra Timp and the Altra Experience Wild for you to try.

We explore various regional trails throughout the season and run on a variety of surfaces, easy trails, rail to trails and single track through all kinds of weather. Sometimes after a run of about an hour we will grab a beverage and some snacks at a nearby venue and kick back to talk about running, hiking and outdoor adventures.
All runs are led by members of the Medved Staff and Medved Ambassadors and will typically last an hour. Runners of all speeds and abilities are encouraged to attend and participate. Our Runs are free to everyone.
Please leave your pets at home. We love dogs but not everyone is comfortable running with them and some areas we run do not allow them.
