This week’s trail run will be in Gosnell Big Woods Preserve with parking at 680 Vosburg Rd, Webster, NY 14580.

Join us every Wednesday night at 6 PM year round for a free group trail run.

Wednesday Nights at 6 pm our friendly group meets at various parks and trail heads and heads out together for a trail run of about an hour.

What to Expect:

• Guided runs: Led by Medved Staff and Ambassadors.
• Approx. 1-hour duration: Enjoy a leisurely run through scenic trails.
• All levels welcome: Runners of all speeds and abilities are encouraged to join.
• Free participation: No cost to join the runs.

Safety First:

• Reflective gear and illumination: Please wear reflective clothing and bring a headlamp or other light source.
• Leave pets at home: For the comfort of all participants, please refrain from bringing pets.
