Join us every Wednesday night at 6 PM year-round for a free group trail run.
Wednesday Nights at 6 pm our friendly group meets at various parks and trailheads and heads out together for a trail run of about an hour.

- Guided runs: Led by Medved Staff and Ambassadors.
- Approx. 1-hour duration: Enjoy a leisurely run through scenic trails.
- All levels welcome: Runners of all speeds and abilities are encouraged to join.
- Free participation: No cost to join the runs.
Safety First:
- Reflective gear and illumination: Please wear reflective clothing and bring a headlamp or other light source.
- Leave pets at home: For the comfort of all participants, please refrain from bringing pets.
