Wednesday Night Trail Runs

Join us every Wednesday night at 6 PM year round for a free group trail run.

Wednesday Nights at 6 pm our friendly group meets at various parks and trail heads and heads out together for a trail run of about an hour.

Where to Meet:

What to Expect:

Guided runs: Led by Medved Staff and Ambassadors.
Approx. 1-hour duration: Enjoy a leisurely run through scenic trails.
All levels welcome: Runners of all speeds and abilities are encouraged to join.
Free participation: No cost to join the runs.

Safety First:

Reflective gear and illumination: Please wear reflective clothing and bring a headlamp or other light source.
Leave pets at home: For the comfort of all participants, please refrain from bringing pets.

12/4/24	Mendon Ponds Park	Parking at Wild Wings.
12/11/24	Crescent Trail with a special Demo at Mana Performance Therapy.	Parking and demo at 80 Lyndon Rd, Fairport, NY 14450
12/12/24	Warning – this event will not take place on trails but will contain frivolous festive holiday cheer and joy. Join us for the 2024 Merrier games and consider building a team of friends, family and fun to run and spread some cheer.	Location TBD.
12/18/24	We’re running from the shop – join us for a run on the Pittsford Trail System and some festive holiday cheer and sales in the Shop.	Medved Running and Walking Outfitters.
